Lord Kitchener The Sirdar Boer War Square Stoneware Wall Plate

Part of a series of rectangular green glaze bordered wall plaques manufactured in 1899-1900 depicting famous British commanders and generals. With silk suspension ribbon. Transfer image colourful but with some wear to the transfer. Circa 20.5cm tall and 18.5cm wide. Suspended from yellow silk and with and the remains of an old paper label stuck to the reverse.
