Highland Light Infantry (HLI) NCO's Pattern Glengarry Badge with Tartan Backing
A heavy die cast glengarry badge with three tabbed separately applied gilt fittings. Two original copper loops to the reverse. Some service wear, original double thickness tartan badge backing (MacKenzie Tartan (HLI sett)). The badge is circa 5cms tall. I would have said official issue, not private purchase.
