Unusual Copper Sheet Template for Embroidering the regimental badge of the 27th Inniskilling Fusiliers

The template includes a separate paper sheet with instructions for the colours of threads to be used in its completion. Looking at the size of it, I suspect it was a tailor's model for a blazer badge. Unusual and could be used today. Template is circa 15cm by 12.5cm.
