Scarce Cheshire Regiment Brass Badge - Star with Scroll - possibly as worn on side hat, c1920

This badge is discussed in great detail in Churchill's book (Fig 636 and page 104 refers). Collar sized, circa 3.4cm tall by 3.4cm with two original lugs (north -south), possibly worn on side cap.
