14th ( King's ) Hussars Other Ranks Bi-Metal Cap Badge ( 1st Type )

An attractive bi-metal badge depicting the Prussian eagle in white metal with original slider. Very hard to find a good example of this on a slider, and therefore the type that would have been worn in the first year of WW1. The badge which was withdrawn in 1915 and replaced by the second pattern detailed below on account of the use of German insignia in its design. This is a very good example.
