South Africa - Natal Telegraph Corps ( N.T.C. ) Cap Badge, 1903 - 1915
A very scarce die struck large brass badge with original long slider to the reverse. Worn 1903 - 1915. Circa 5.3cm wide and 3.3cm tall. Great condition and of good quality.
Signal detachments in Natal in 1903 were amalgamated with the Natal Telegraph Corps. It then consisted of two troops of 50 men and during the Zulu rebellion of 1905- 06, the unit was reinforced by civilian post and telegraph staff.
