Boer War Royal Northern or Royal Home Counties Reserve Regiment Pouch Badge

An attractive and very scarce bi-metal pouch badge, two part construction, to this war raised unit (the Northern and Home Counties both used the same pattern badge), was intended to enable regular army reservist to volunteer for one year as a second line for UK service with so many regular troops deployed to South Africa.
