Queens Own Oxfordshire Hussars ( QOOH ) White Metal Cap Badge, Scarce King's Crown pattern

A good heavy and stiff die struck white metal cap badge with sharp detail and original slider to reverse. This pattern was not popular, and according to Gaylor, rejected by the Regiment as not having the correct pattern crown ( it should have been the winged Queen Adelaide's crown). Scarce.

This unit was 34th in the order of precedence of yeomanry regiments. First formed 1831.
