National outage at Royal Mail from 1pm on Thursday 17th July

Sad to report that a national outage has struck down all post offices this afternoon and they do not know when service shall be restored. I have a number of packages to post and will endeavour to get these away over the weekend; failing that next posting on Wednesday 23rd July, subject to normal service having been resumed.
