Private purchase item. Embroidered yellow cockerel with red combs on black background. Right facing. One small in hole in backing and sight edge nibbles otherwise colours bright and in good condition.

Formed in Hong Kong in 1949. Fought in Korea. Comprised of 1st Bn the Middlesex Regiment, 1st Bn Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders and with supporting troops drawn from the 27th British Commonwealth Brigade when in Korea.
