An early WW2 pattern small die struck white metal cap badge with original slider (some bending from service wear). The Crest of the House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and the title scroll " Leicestershire " above double scrolls bearing the South African honour and the subsidiary title. In very good condition with sharp detail.

Worn in WW2 by the 153rd and 154th (Leicestershire Yeomanry) Field Regiments of the Royal Artillery.
