19th Royal Hussars (Queen Alexandra's Own) Other Ranks Cap badge and Matching Collar Badges Set

Die struck in white metal, the cap badge has its original hairpin style slider cut to shape of badge with original hair pin slider (as was typical with this pattern) and with the deepest crimp mark I think I have ever seen, but totally original with two matched collar badges with two original loops and retaining cotter pins to the reverse. All items in lovely condition with sharp detail. A cracking set.

White metal monogram 'A' entwined in a Dannebrog Cross (the Danish national device). This pattern was worn from 1909 onwards. The Regiment merged with the 15th Hussars in 1922 and adopted a new badge design primarily based on that of the old 15th.
