WWI (6th City Pals) 21st (Service) Battalion The Manchester Regiment (CITY/6/MANCHESTER) Shoulder Title

As issued in brass with a bronze finish, of two part construction with two original loops to the reverse (some twisting to these but still functional).

The Manchester City Battalion WW1 Shoulder titles to the Manchester Regiment were NOT made in one piece. The Outer Oval was the first piece and had tabs on its inner edge where the appropriate numeral 1-8 could be added. A variety of different types of rear fastenings are found.
