Indian Army - 11th Gurkha Rifles Blackened Brass Shoulder Title

As the 11th Gurkha Rifles were raised again in 1948 as the new 11th Gorkha Rifles, it can be confusing to date their insignia, which continued much as before Independence. The loops suggest an earlier rather than later example but cannot be certain.
