Large Green Shamrock For Piper's Kilt Felt Badge Backing with a gold coloured collar badge with single central lug and backing plate. Note on reverse states 1950s / 1960s piper's badge, presumably worn as a kilt ornament, but I would have expected this collar to be in silver anodised only if that were the case. Confirmation welcome.
