The draft proof version with correction by Col DR Wood, the joint author of this publication, for the final version dated dated August 2000. Spiral bound A4, plain card covers with plastic protecting sleeves (these have a few marks and back one is creased). 46 single sided pages. A good clean copy but with staple mark to front card cover and pencil comments about the amendments made (typos listed neatly on the front page and on the actual pages themselves). Forward by Sir John Chapple. Illustrations and photographs, of which there are many, are in black and white. Essential reference which one just cannot find on the internet. Despite the pencil corrections this is long out of print and scarce.
