WW1 Tyneside Irish Senior NCOs Small Gilding Metal Brass Collar Badge

A small crowned gilding metal harp, die struck with two original loops and cotter pin. Circa 31mm x 17mm. In very good worn condition. Rare.

Worn in facing pairs by senior NCOs of the Tyneside Irish Battalions of the Northumberland Fusiliers (24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th and 34th Service Battalions). A rare badge and I have only handled a pair in this size once before. The photo extract is from an original photo in my collection and has never published before. I will supply a full photocopy print of this to the buyer only.
