Scottish Merchiston Castle School (Edinburgh, Scotland) Plaid Brooch

A very fine silver plated plaid brooch for a piper of The Merchiston Castle School (Edinburgh) Officer Training Corps with a stout pin fastening. Some tarnishing and light surface marks to finish, but gorgeous. Circa 7.8cms in diameter.
