WW1 Canada - 1st Depot Battalion (Nova Scotia) Regiment Gilding Metal Brass Cap Badge

A gilding metal die struck example with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 48mm tall it is cap badge size but smaller than the example shown in Cox. Could be a collar badge, happy to be corrected.

Cox No 802 refers (but smaller).
