WW2 Service Papers Royal Marine Albert Edwards Mills
Original foolscap size Certificate of Service and portrait photo of this Marine, not particularly informative, and folded but complete and covering his service from April 1941 until de-mobbed in early 1946. It comprises of 4 pages. Sadly it does not state his medal entitlement but he must have had some. A post war envelope addressed to him confirms a Birmingham address.
Born in 1922, he is noted as having a trade as a "Bread Roundsman" and his mother and sister were at the time of enlistment resident in Wolverhampton.
See also my item 63129 for detail of his brother's medals who died whilst in Australia at war end.
