An early two part shoulder title, with a separate brass 1 above a LG, both with original hexagonal fixings. Circa 2.6cm wide and 1.3cm tall. Very good condition. Worn circa 1900 - 1913.

As worn from 1922 - 1936, this is a 'broomsticked' example, where the owner has bulled it out by hammering it over a circular wooden dowel. Two original loops to the reverse. Stain on the letter G. In 'as found condition'.

Royal Gloucestershire Hussars White Metal Pouch Badge
Identical in size and design to the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars NCOs arm badge, this one has been adapted to screw fittings presumably for wear on the full dress pouch as a pouch badge. Some rubbing to the detail on the highpoints of the crown and the tip of the garter otherwise in good condition. A portcullis with chains surmounted by a ducal crown Arms of the Duke of Beaufort.
