British Army - 2nd King Edward VII's Own Gurkha Rifles (Simoor) Rifles Blackened Brass Cap Badge
An early example, a die cast example in blackened brass with most of black finish worn away, but an attractive finish nonetheless. Original slider. This pattern as worn from 1911 - 1992, with a scarlet cloth backing (now absent). Circa 39mm tall and 40mm wide.

Brigade of Gurkhas Boys Company White Metal Cap Badge, circa 1953 - 1968
Good scarce early white metal example with original unclipped long slider. Badge was sealed in 1954 and there was a later anodised staybrite example. The Gurkha Boys company was disbanded in 1968.
