Removed from uniform, yellow letters ' AA ' with key picked out in black all on a red felt rectangle. Hessian backed, slight wear to felt edge on one side otherwise in good condition. Circa 5.8cm by 3.3cm.

116th Royal Engineer Regiment Embroidered Formation Sign Flash Patch Badge
Removed from uniform, some tape traces to reverse but in good condition and colours bright.
Formed in 1947, part of 26th Engineer Group, but this supplementary title was introduced in 1961, depicting the famous Tamar Bridge and intended to raise awareness of the Regiment in the area and assist with recruitment.
