Scarce Royal Fusiliers ( City of London Regiment ) Victorian Officers Scarlet Frock Coat Collar Badge
A scarce and very fine two part construction single large size officers gilt metal imitation embroidery grenade with a silver rose with two original lugs to the reverse. As worn horizontally in pairs on the scarlet Frock Coat in the late 1890s only. Also claimed by some as worn in the Officer's Field Service Cap. Circa 6.2cm tall and in good condition.

A pair (not matched but display well together) of officers quality collar badges, one die cast and marked S for silver and stamped JR Gaunt London / (late Jennens), which dates its year of manufacture to the mid 1920s.
