Die cast bronze with two original lugs to the reverse. Worn by the 2nd (Regular) Battalion only. Right facing. Circa 3.2cm tall.

These unofficially worn Brunswick star collar badges were also worn on the forage and fatigue caps. Made in India or Egypt and worn circa 1902 onwards.

Small pattern officers bronze collar badges, a facing and matching pair with two original lugs to each. Excellent condition. Scarce as only worn circa 1951 to 1958. Circa 3.2cm tall and 3.5cm wide. 7th (Territorial Force) Battalion Pair of Officers Bronze OSD Collar Badges

Non matching, but similar. top suspension of one is unvoided. To the reverse slightly different die used for casting. Still the display together well and are of equal colour finish. Loops present and correct. Scarce.

The dog gauge badge, which resembled a stirrup was used to measure the size of dogs entering the Royal Forest to protect the Royal Deer.

A very good pair of matching gilt and enamel collar badges to the Royal Hampshire Regiment with two original loops to each and maker marked with an oval Firmin London tablet. Some minor enamel loss in the rose petals but hard to discern and does not detract.
