A large and impressive die cast Gilt brass horse furniture bit boss / martingale Badge with two original screwposts to the reverse. Circa 8.8cms tall. King’s crown. This pattern worn from 1913 - 1922. Gilt in good condition. A cracker!

WW1 South Africa / Zuid Afrika Instructional Corps Cap Badge, 1st Pattern Voided

Die struck and voided example with some minor servce wear and with two original loops to the reverse. The earlier pattern with the garter strap tip to bottom of circlet. This pattern worn from 1913 - 1922 only. Circa 5.9cms tall.
