Victorian 20th Hussars Officers Horse Furniture Ear Boss Ornament Badge
A scarce item still on its leather backing, with white metal XHX on brass. In very good condition for age. Circa 5.6cm in diameter. Some white polish has got into the leather backing, but it is still in good condition. I have given it a light coating with renaissance wax to feed the leather and keep it in good condition.

This is a gilt die struck metal badge with two original loops to the reverse. Appears to be of officer's quality. I believe this to be a collar badge but apparently also worn as a shoulder title.

A scarce short-lived bi-metal cap badge with two original loops to the reverse. Also styled as the 3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters). In very good condition with no damage to end of rifles. According to Gaylor this pattern of badge was worn between 1938 - 1939 only (text facing Plate 34).
