QVC Victorian 18th Royal Hussar Other Ranks Bi-Metal Cap Badge

Victorian bi / metal cap badge with two original loops to the reverse. The number, "18" above the letter, "H" to the centre of a crowned circlet bearing the motto within a wreath of laurel that carries the Regiments two main honour scrolls. As worn by all ranks of the Regiment between 1924 and 1950. One of a number of patterns, this one matching 5GR F17G (see below). Circa 23mm tall and 21mm wide. Two original loops. Some service wear to black finish otherwise in good condition.
