Scarce WW I bronzed cap badge with original slider fitting maker marked twice, correct pattern of stamped naming for Thomas Fattorini, Bolton on silder and then embossed again on the reverse of the badge. Depicts an Ox crossing a Ford to the centre of a crowned circlet bearing the title, 'Oxfordshire Volunteer Regiment' above the motto scroll, Fortis Est Veritas. In very good condition.

A small attractive King's Crown enamelled unmarked silver lapel badge for the Officer's Training Corps (OTC). Made by J.R. Gaunt, London. In good condition complete with a lapel button-hole fixing. No damage to enamel. Registered design number 627163 to reverse, which gives this design a registration date of between 1913 and 1914.
