A rare original Great War period 'Liverpool Pals' Sterling silver sweetheart badge, a miniature version of the cap badge and bearing the crest of Lord Derby and motto 'Sans Changer'; the reverse impressed with "Sterling" and the maker's details "TLM" (Thomas Lynton Mott). WW2 British Forces Kings Badge for Loyal Service

Introduced in 1941, circa 26mm in diameter struck in white metal. The King's Badge was awarded to British Forces personnel who had been invalided out of the services during WW2 and were entitled to a war disablement pension. They were both unnamed and unnumbered. In good condition.
