Stiffened with a piece of plain cardboard. In very good condition.
The French Croix De Guerre was worn on the service dress cap by the 4th. Battalion K.S.L.I. and also by the 8th Battalion The Prince of Wales's Own (West Yorkshire Regiment) (Leeds Rifles).

This configuration worn by DEMS (Defensively Equipped Merchant Ships) by Merchant Marine and Army Personnel allocated to such ships. the Quarter Gunners cloth, removed from uniform. The DEMS title appears to have been unissued, but they look good together.

Scottish Highland Brigade Officer's 3D Glengarry Badge
A die cast silver plated example of two part construction in the form of a 3-D Stag's head above a 'Cuidich'n Righ' scroll superimposed on a saltire. Commonly known as a 'crucified moose' among the troops. Three of three original loops to the reverse. Sligh service wear and tarnishing otherwise in very good condition. Worn circa 1958-69.

52nd (Scottish Lowland) Division Silk Woven Saltire Formation Sign - Marker marked!!!
A small shield / saltire, removed from uniform but with hessian backing with partial lettering stamped for the Scottish military outfitters, William Anderson's of Edinburgh. Never come across a maker marked version of this formation sign before. In worn condition with some raggy edges, but scarce.

WW1 British Army Bullion Wound Stripes on Khaki panel - two wounds
The award of a wound stripe to a soldier was introduced in July 1916 it entitled the man to wear a two inch Russian gold bullion braid sewn to the left sleeve of a jacket, as this proved very hard to keep clean and shiny solid brass stripes replaced them, this indicates that this example is from early on in the Great War.
