In 1958 Carlton Films released "The Sea of Sand", a black and white North African war movie starring a young Richard Attenborough, John Gregson and Michael Craig. Superb WW2 27th Lancers NCO White Metal Arm Badge

Heavy die struck NCO's arm badge as worn on the right shoulder, with three original lugs to reverse and a piece of Indian cloth which has been used as a backing cloth, as acquired. This is a lovely item and in good unpolished condition. Circa 5cm tall and 5.1cm wide. Very scarce.
