NEF, swivelling suspender, Natal and Transvaal clasps correctly revited and impressed:

Large and attractively engraved and made during the Great War as dates only go to 1917!:
" 5th N.F. European War 1914-15-16-17".
12.5cm tall, 9.5cm wide. Soldered brass stand behind which means it displays nicely. Made from a brass shell casse judging by the curve. I have seen a similar one to the 4th NF. read more
Scarce Officer's Pagri Headdress Badge Kolar Gold Fields Battalion, AFI Indian Army, pre 1947
A scarce and badge (4.5cm tall) of a solid officer's style of construction in gilt with original pin fixings and pin, which are fully functional.The badge is a crossed pickaxe and hammer in circle superscribed "Kolar Gold Fields Bn", all surmounted by a crown (Cox's book p2723 refers).

Original slider, bright unpolished condition, all the attributes that those in the know look for - the goatie beard, shaggy coat and correct method of attaching cscroll to the body, with gilt coloured braising metal. Scarce Connaught Ranger's Indian Mess Servant Badge and Large Button
Sold together as found. Elephant badge is a heavy solid cast brass with with two small lugs (north - south). Apparently worn on the front of the tunic and not the headdress. Circa 4cm wide and 3cm tall.

Scarce and early 93rd Sutherland Highlanders Highland Bonnet badge 1837 - 1856
A heavy (29 grams) die struck brass feather bonnet badge with two original brass lugs (east - west) as worn 1837 - 1856. Note that later patterns had the addition of the scroll Balaclava. This badge is in great condition and was the pattern worn by the Regiment at the time of this famous action. Circa 6.7cm tall and 6cm wide.
