In unissued condition, a scarce pair of WW2 calico printers printed shoulder titles. Economy issues such as this were produced in late 1942 onwards. Not often encountered (the white spec on the reverse of one is not damage and just needed to be brushed off).

Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant (RQMS) Brass Rank Star Arm Badge, pre -1915
A brass appointment sleeve badge worn above four inverted chevrons by a R.Q.M.S. in the form of a rose to the centre of an eight-pointed star with two original lugs to the reverse (slightly flattened for comfort). Introduced in 1881. Obsolete from 1915 onwards as replaced by a crown. Scarce. Circa 3.6cm across.
