A very fine Victorian Officer's silver plated, fire gilt and enamel collar badge, hart facing to right. Of superb quality, no lugs (or signs of them ever having been fitted so perhaps intended for wear on a field service cap or pagri band). No damage to enamel, gilt bright, C Clasp a bit bent upwards from wear otherwise in superb condition. Circa 3.2cms tall.

A monogram of entwined letters F and C linked in open script, die struck with two original loops to the reverse. Worn on either side of the collar with separate numbers to the each side. These were also worn on the shoulder epaulettes surmounted by a separate Tudor crown. Circa 25mm tall. In very good condition. This pattern no longer worn.
