Worn a la Guards Division style with rounded ends. Of similar manufacture, display well together, but one a bit grubbier on the reverse than the other. This pattern worn circa 1945 - 1947 but most usually encountered with square ends.

A pair of collar badges, struck in gilding metal with two original loops and a maker's tablet JR Gaunt / London o the reverse of each. One slightly brighter than the other so a near rather than an exact match. This pattern worn in this size as both a forage cap badge and collar badge.

WW1 Patriotic Royal Navy Gunnery Naval Gunners Gilt & Enamel Sweetheart Brooch Pin Badge
Registered Design No 641090 indicating the year 1914. In the form of an enamelled sailors white and blue cap with a gun barrel draped with a simulated rope mounted with glass stones of red, white and blue. Maker marked T+H. Gilt bright, some edge wear to the enamel on the hat, especially the rim, otherwise in very good condition for age and an attractive piece.

WW1 South African Infantry General Service Pattern Bronze Helmet Pagri Badge
Die struck with a bronzed finish applied. Circa 57mm in diameter. Loops replaced with a stout and fully functional pin fitting, presumably for wear on the pagri of the tropical sun helmet. Slight wear to highpoints otherwise in very good condition.

South African Royston's Horse RH Large Souch Hat Brass Letters - Of Australian interest
An early thickly cast brass metal RH joined with two large integral fixing lugs to the reverse. Circa 45mm wide and 17mm tall. Royston's Horse wore this during the 1906 Natal Rebellion.
