Royal Air Force ( RAF ) Brass King's Crown Cap Badge mounted on scarce No 4 School of Technical Training Checked Backing Cloth
Brass king's crown cap badge with two original lugs to the reverse, affixed to a piece of red and blue checked material as worn by R.A.F. Boy Entrants / apprentices at No.4 School of Technical Training, RAF Hereford, by No 2 ( Boy Entrant ( B/E) ) Wing. These different coloured backings for different schools were introduced in 1953, making this one of the early issues. Very scarce.

A single upright bi-metal collar badge to the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, flag flying to the right, with two original lugs (n-s_ to the reverse and three sweat / braising expansion holes. Circa 4.1cm tall. Some bending to lugs, but otherwise in very good condition. Worn circa 1928 onwards.

A scarce post 1952 WVS Civil Defence chromium plate and enamel badge bearing a Queen's Crown, the reverse with maker's details "Marples & Beasley, Birmingham".
