WW1 Queens Regiment (Royal West Surreys) Bi-Metal Cap Badge

Seen some service but otherwise in good condition with original long slider. Halo a little flattened, as often found on this pattern. There is a gilt solder run down from the front hoof over "The" on title scroll. Actually quite a hard badge to find.

Also worn by the 22nd an 24th London Regiments.

Prince of Wales Leinster Regiment ( 100th & 109th Foot) WW1 issue Bi Metal Cap Badge - Curly Scrolls Pattern

Made from bi-metal and in good condition with original slider to the reverse and single sweat / brazing hole to the reverse of the coronet. This is the scarcer variety with the curly scrolls and squatter coronet. Scarce and original white metal cap badge (with the more lion-like looking lion) in good condition with original brooch pin to the reverse. As worn in WW1 by 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd and 29th (Service) Battalions, The Northumberland Fusiliers ( Tyneside Scottish ). This badge has a nice curve to it and original stout pin fitting as encountered on WW1 examples.

Scarce WW1 1st Birmingham ( Pals ) Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment Other Ranks Cap Badge

An excellent badge on original slider, some light polishing to highpoints, with all the attributes that those in the know look for - the goatie beard, the shaggy coat and correct method of attaching scroll to the body, with gilt coloured braising metal. Circa 5cm tall by 5.8cm wide.

Scarce and original die struck white metal cap badge in good condition with original brooch pin to the reverse. As worn in WW1 by 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd and 29th (Service) Battalions, The Northumberland Fusiliers ( Tyneside Scottish ). This pattern was introduced in 1916 and not worn in WW2.

Three original dark toned lugs and central expansion hole behind crown. Worn from 1898 to 1903 from when the regiment adopted cross lances as their main motif. No damage to applied coronet which is something to watch out for on this pattern. In very good condition.
