WW2 Indian Army - Indian Engineers Blackened Brass Cap Badge
The Corps of Indian Engineers was former in 1932 and pattern of badge was worn from January 1932 until 1950. A five pointed star of India within a laurel wreath, title below inscribed "Indian Engineers". This one appears to be die cast with two original loops to the reverse and as been wartime blackened.

A matched pair with two original D shaped loops to the reverse of each. Nicely die cast, but most probably locally made in India and with a maker's stamp on the reverse of each central shield. It looks like A & N, Co. Gilt brass finish, dulled to front. In good condition and of officer quality.

Pakistan - East Bengal Regiment White Metal Cap Badge
White metal badge (appears to have been silver plated) in the form of a Bengal tiger, with scroll with unit title, 'E. Bengal'. Two original loops to the reverse.
The East Bengal Regiment was formed in February 1948 after Pakistan declared independence. Raised in East Pakistan the unit became the core of Bangladesh independence forces in 1971.
