A flat backed example with two original silvered loops to the reverse. Circa 33mm tall and 38mm wide. This has been neatly theatre cast from a hallmarked silver version. Please note this is not hallmarked silver, but it does appear to have been made from silver. Dark toned and in very good condition.

Indian Army - 10th Baluch Regiment Other Rank's Cast White Metal Cap Badge
A flat backed example in white metal (possibly silver plated) with two original integral loops to reverse. Theatre cast. See my item 68108 for an officer's cap badge.
This pattern was introduced in 1945 and worn until 1956. After Independence the Regiment was transferred to Pakistan.

A theatre cast large and impressive badge, as worn as a baldrick badge by the bagpipers of the Regiment, with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 6.9cms tall. In the shape of a Chinthe seated facing left on a torse above the regimental number '8' and the scroll below "Punjab Regiment". Worn 1922 - 1956. Scarce.
