A very rare silver plated officer's button, circa 25mm in diameter with a strong fixed shank and maker marked I & B Pearce & Co, who were a small London based firm. In superb condition.
The Motor Volunteer Corps existed for 3 March 1903 until it was officially disbanded on the 26th July 1906.

C24mm in diameter, fixed shank and maker marked Firmin & Sons, 153 Strand & 13 Conduit Street London. Gilt bright, in superb condition. QVC crown and VR monogram to centre of garter strap. This pattern from 1855 - 1902.
This style of maker naming used between 1856 - 1860 only making this a scrace button.
