An attractive large pewter medal with small suspension ring for the original thin red, white and blue ribbon. 5th VB Durham Light Infantry (DLI) White Metal Other Ranks Cap Badge

This pattern (note crown) attributed to the 5th (Gateshead) Volunteer Battalion, the Durham Light Infantry. Worn until 1908.
