A WW1 issue die struck cap badge worn only 1917-18 by the Guards Machine Gun Battalion with original slider. Much reproduced, this is a genuine example in very good condition with original slider. WW1 Tyneside Scottish - 4th Pattern White Metal Glengarry Badge
Original die struck white metal cap badge in good condition with two original D shaped loops to reverse.
Also found with a pin fitting. As worn in WW1 by 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd and 29th (Service) Battalions, The Northumberland Fusiliers (Tyneside Scottish). This pattern was introduced in 1916 and not worn in WW2.
