"107" above a semi-circular formed "PIONEERS". Two integral loops with cotter pin. In good condition. The Regiment saw service in the Middle East in WW1.
Became the 2nd Bombay Pioneers in 1922 and disbanded in 1933.

With all four original brass staple style loops. Some loss of detail from polishing to the central lion and a touch of verdigris to front right laurel leaves otherwise in good overall condition. Worn 1881 - 1914 on the Helmet Plate Centre and, until 1895, on the Glengarry.
