WW1 - '9L' - 9th Queen's Royal Lacners Woven White on Khaki Cloth Slip On Shoulder Title
An original embroidered First World War period 9th Lancers slip-on shoulder title.
These embroidered shoulder titles were produced from April 1916 as an economy measure. The badge is made from khaki coloured wool melton embroidered with white cotton thread.
The rear of the badge features a woven strip to allow the badge to be worn on the epaulette.
