Removed from uniform, some paper stuck to reverse otherwise a fine pair of silk embroidered formation signs. Formed part of the BEF. Landed in Normandy on D Day 6th June and fought across France, Belgium and Southern Holland.

Browning copper die struck cap badge. The two lugs seem quite short so possibly contemporary replacements. Some loss of detail to the highpoints from polishing otherwise in good original condition.
